I think, just now althought Chinese government enfoce this policy, but at the same time, the problem with only one child are geting worse and worse in our society especially in recent years, and now and more family are more likely to consider to give birth to another children, and normally, there are two kids in the family. that's the trend.
if make the zero child policy, maybe it's not a good option for chinese family according to chinese tradition.
